About

Hello! I am an Associate Professor (with tenure) at Cal Poly Pomona in the greater Los Angeles area. I joined CPP after finishing my PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan Flagler Business School. My research focuses on vulnerable consumers, and the market and policy forces that impact them. During the 2024-25 academic year, I am a Visiting Faculty at the Asia School of Business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, through a Fulbright US Scholar Award.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time wrangling two tiny humans with my partner and finding excuses to expand my craft stash.
